The Role

PA to the Head


Term time plus INSET days and three weeks during holidays (41.25 weeks per annum)


We are looking to appoint a diligent and organised Personal Assistant to join our wonderful team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong administrative background to provide confidential, high quality and timely administrative support to the Head and contribute to the smooth running of the school. You will provide effective and efficient day-to-day management of the Head’s diary and support with meetings and events, acting as a point of contact for a range of stakeholders and individuals both within and outside of St Michael’s.


The successful applicant will work 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday during term time, with flexibility to work alternative hours in the three weeks required during school holiday periods.

Qualifications
